Halloween

Halloween is turning into such a festive season. The key word being season - with people decorating their yards weeks ahead of time to theme parks having special events through the month of October. I know a lot of people have turned Halloween into a season,  but I am feeling it more so in recent years, as people around here are putting up orange holiday lights, scary snow globes, and other assorted items on their lawns - much like Christmas.

I like it. Especially here. Without the leaves to signal the changing season, it is a nice way to ring in the Fall.

I think I'll have apple cider tonight.
