You know, this is really good stuff. I usually have a box on the weekend if Grant has to work. yesterday, I had the fried rice kind. Its really pretty easy to make...you are supposed to cook the rice vermecelli mix with 2 table spoons butter or margerine until the vermecelli becomes golden brown...but, well, whatever...once the butter is melted I move on...it always turns out fine, im my opinion! I don't know where I'm going with this. I think, primarily, I am trying to avoid correcting this stack of essays. I guess I should go now.
